When we choose to pay in CASH do we have to bring Czech Crowns (CZK)? No, you can pay in all major currencies like EUR, USD and GBP.

Can we pay with credit card? Yes, you can either prepay your stay before you arrive, or pay the balance upon checking in by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, or AMEX.

How can I pay the deposit for my booking? You can pay by PayPal or by bank transfer to our account (if paying by bank transfer there is an extra fee of 9 EUR).

Special requirements? We will do our best to meet your requirements. Just contact us and we will get back to you with possible options.

Is smoking allowed? Our apartment is strictly non-smoking throughout.

Is breakfast included? Unfortunately there is no dining service. The apartment has full kitchen facilities and most guests either cook breakfast themselves or visit nearby coffee shops, fast-food places or restaurants for cheap breakfasts.

How do I book the apartment? The easiest way is to fill in and submit our reservation form. We ask for a 20 percent deposit to hold your reservation. For the deposit we accept card payments via PayPal or bank wire. Alternatively, send us an email booking enquiry and we will reply to you with availability within 24 hours.

What time can we check in and check out? Check-in time is from 1pm until 11pm. Check-out time is until 11am. You may check in sooner or check out late, subject to availability. We don’t charge extra for early check-ins or late check-outs.

Can I bring my dog? Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Where do I buy tickets for public transport? If you do not have any tickets yet, it is easiest to walk to Metro Anděl. At the entrance is the ticket office where you can buy tickets either yourself from the ticketing machines or from the transport office. Office is open: Mon to Fri 6am till 8pm, and Sat from 7am till 2pm. You can also buy tickets from newsagents (RELAY newsagent at Anděl tram stop or other newsagents located inside Nový Smíchov shopping mall), and at selected groceries.
